Reflexology is a complementary therapy, which works on the feet to help heal the whole person not just the symptoms. The treatment involves gentle pressure massage to the reflex areas on the feet which correspond with various parts of the body.
My name is Hilary Taylor MAR, I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists and I work to the highest standards and codes of practice. My gentle yet practical approach ensures that treatments are truly special. Each client is made to feel that their feet really are put first.
I specialise in pre-conceptual care, sub-fertilty, hormone balancing, pregnancy relaxation and post-natal recovery; but reflexology can benefit people suffering from many conditions including stress, asthma, eczema, headaches, IBS and insomnia.
I have a relaxing treatment room at the Innercore Advanced Therapy Clnic Morley near Leeds, covering all local areas, including Leeds, Gildersome, Tingley, Birstall, Drighlington and East Ardsley. where I welcome anyone who feels they would benefit from this amazing complementary therapy.
